Effective October 1st, 2024, all new applications received, and renewals completed for coverage after October 1st, 2024, will be subject to a premium. If you are enrolled in coverage prior to October 1st, 2024, you will be subject to a premium after you complete your next annual redetermination. You will receive a letter in advance stating the amount, due date and options for making the initial premium payment prior to it being due.
